Organize your assets
If you already have assets like logos, color codes, graphic templates, or any other branding materials, we'll integrate them into your podcast production. Simply provide us with the files and any relevant details, and we'll handle the rest.
Once you decide on a package or service with us, we’ll set up a Google Drive folder for your project and give you Editor permission (making it so that you have full control over the folder’s contents.) Then, you simply upload the assets to the folder. We’ll take care of the rest - creating subfolders and organizing all of the files. If you’re having trouble understanding how to do this step, we’ll happily walk you through it!
For new podcasters or those who haven't yet developed a complete brand identity, our Podcast Launch Package is the perfect place to start. This complete startup package includes everything you need to create a cohesive brand for your podcast. From intro/outro creation and music sourcing to custom visual assets like thumbnails and overlays, we’ll work alongside you to build your podcast’s identity from the ground up.
Once we have any of your assets, we’ll see what else we need and let you know. If you’re purchasing our Podcast Launch Package or a custom service, we’ll start the process of creating/sourcing the missing assets together. The basic workflow for this is we’ll communicate either through email/text or set up a call to pick your brain and get an idea of what you’re going for. Then, our team of visionaries will begin creating drafts or sourcing examples for you to check out. This process can either be a single back-and-forth or take a bit longer, but it won’t cost you any extra for revisions because, in the end, we want you to be 100% satisfied.

Setting up accounts
As we build to the launch of your podcast, we’ll need to ensure your accounts are properly set up. These are accounts/channels for your desired platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple, etc.,) any recording services you’re planning to use (Riverside, or other,) hosts, social media, and any other site you may need to be a member of. If you already have accounts created, or maybe they’re partially set up but need to be optimized or finished, we’re here to help. Just as we mentioned above, our communication is flexible to fit your schedule, and we’d be happy to walk you through the account creation process either through text/email or virtually.
